Location

Great location. Just one block from the San Toma Vaparetto stop. I was worried about noise of people going to/coming off the water bus, but it was quiet and we had no trouble.

Veniceapartments.org was very good about responding to emails, and providing clear directions to pick up the apartment keys. They were helpful with providing maps and suggesting we take the vaparetto to our new home.

Nearby Amenities

What's nice about Venice is that everything is close. The vaparetto was steps away from our front door and provided access to many other points in Venice. We liked to walk and get lost among the never ending alleys and bridges.

The House/Apartment

The apartment was on the ground level. It was very nice and clean. It was a loft apartment with a kitchen, small dining area, TV, and an alcove with a queen bed. The bedding and linens were great, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, utensils, etc. The washing machine worked great, once we were able to decipher the Italian directions.

All in all the apartment was great. We made last minute reservations, literally confirming as we boarded the train to Venice, and were able to save a bit of money for two nights in Venice at 180 Euro with a final cleaning.

Garden

Small private entry way. Very nice. Great place to hang clothes to dry.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Furniture and apartment was in pristine condition.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The one draw-back of the apartment was the bathroom. While spotless and in perfect condition, the shower is the entire bathroom. You basically pull a curtain around the shower-head which unfortunately leaves most everything in the bathroom wet. (Move the toilet paper!!)

The bed was extremely comfortable, as was the couch.

Kitchen

Very well designed and stocked kitchen.

Problems or Bonuses

No surprises.

Our representative was prompt responding to communication, helpful, and easy to speak to and understand.

We recommend this apartment. Nice location. Great price. Easy agency to deal with. Quiet and clean.
