Location

It was in the country, private, surrounded by farms. I liked the area, centrally located to all famous towns in southern Tuscany.

Nearby Amenities

While the stores are not far ,you must drive., stores five minutes away by car, restaurants ten minutes away.

The House/Apartment

The building is historical, a true agritourismo. House was very peaceful and quiet, three apartments in main building, total of four rentals.

Garden

The outside sitting area is wonderful, shared but enough room to be private, a beautiful pool and luxurious chairs.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Furniture in very good shape, very, very clean, enough chairs.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Bed very comfortable. Bathroom roomy, latest fixtures with a Jacuzzi, spotless.

Kitchen

Very usable kitchen. All the pots, utensils and supplies that you would need including coffee maker and special filter for drinking water.

Problems or Bonuses

The owners were a complete surprise, caring, honest, clean, knowledgeable of the area, helpful, patient and charming.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Dealt with owners only. They spoke English, French, and Italian. The reality of the place exceeded the published information

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would stay there again.

Things to do in this area

Visited all the towns we planned to in our week. All close by, Montepulciano, Cortona, Siena. This was our first time driving in Italy and other than a couple of wrong turns it was a piece of cake to drive and reach our destinations in good time. A great restaurant in the nearby town of Aquaviva called l'Angelo, we thought it was a highlight.
