3bed/3bath apartment near Colosseum, Rome

Location

On Via Capo d' Africa, five minute walk to Colosseum. Wonderful residential area right behind Colosseum with all amenities close by.

Nearby Amenities

Two grocery stores within five minute walk. Lots of inexpensive restaurants, pharmacy, wine store, Internet, in area behind Colosseum.

The House/Apartment

Wonderful three-bedroom suite apartment, all with private bathrooms, TVs, and air-conditioning. All are queen beds but one of the bedroom suites is a two level with four other single beds as well. Great for kids. Well equipped kitchen with wonderful large covered terrace off kitchen. There is a nice sized living room and dining room, which we did not use as we spent all our time on the terrace. Owners wonderfully helpful.

Garden

They call this apartment "The Secret Garden" because of the wonderful terrace. Completely private with lots of plants.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Roman Reference were terrific to deal with. Responded quickly and efficiently with all dealings.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Would absolutely recommend this apartment. Can't wait to go back.
