Vacation rentals in Italy (villas, farms, estates, agriturismo, apartments)
Review 3045: Villa Nuba, Apartment
apartments on the outskirts of Perugia, Umbria
August 2007, One week
At the end of a private road, twenty minutes' walk from the centro storico of Perugia. Lovely views of the hills from our apartment.
Nearest grocery stores were five minutes' walk away.
There are three apartments in a modern extension to an older villa.
Small area outside the apartment, shared with adjacent apartment. Plenty of seating around the pool (salt water rather than chlorinated - a big plus).
Our two-bedroom apartment was in perfect condition: clean & well-furnished.
Bedrooms and bathroom (with Jacuzzi) were perfect.
Kitchen sizable & well-equipped, with dining area. Another dining table in the living room.
Problems or Bonuses
Agency and Representatives (and price)
The owners live in the adjoining villa, and were very helpful & attentive. We dealt mostly with the son, whose English is good.
Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?
Would recommend without qualification.
Things to do in this area
Mostly explored Perugia, with trips to Assisi, Spello & Gubbio, which are all within a short drive.
