Location

Fabulous location. Converted farmhouse near hilltop town of Montaione. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Plenty of privacy.

Nearby Amenities

Walk up a very steep hill to Montaione, restaurants and shops. Large supermarket five minutes drive away. Local market on Fridays.

The House/Apartment

Superb conversion of farmhouse to five apartments. Very well equipped and clean. All had own balconies or terraces for eating out. Plus tables in the garden and barbecues.

Garden

Beautiful gardens. Each apartment had own balcony or terrace for eating out. Plus tables in shade in the garden. Barbecues to use. Wonderful swimming pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Excellent furnishings. Just like being in an Italian home!!

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Large comfortable bad. Bathroom absolutely fine.

Kitchen

If wanted to cook every utensil you could think of provided.

Problems or Bonuses

Just a wonderful place.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The owner Filippo was brilliant. He provided any information we required. His website is excellent and extremely accurate.
