When

Sept 26 - October 1 2007

Location

Our apartment was located in a small town on the Mediterranean Sea on the Amalfi coast. The view from our balcony and patio was stupendous.

Nearby Amenities

Several excellent restaurants were within walking distance as were a fair number of shops. All of our needs could be taken care of simply by walking a short distance from our accommodation

The House/Apartment

Our apartment was in excellent condition ... the ceramic flooring was spectacular throughout. Every room was tastefully decorated and the kitchen area provided all of the equipment necessary to enjoy a hearty meal.

Garden

We did have an outside balcony off the bedrooms and the sitting room. Also, there was a rooftop veranda where you could take in the sun or just enjoy the view.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

All of the furnishings were in good condition and there was sufficient seating in both the house and the rooftop veranda.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The beds were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms.

Kitchen

The kitchen was usable. There were enough pots and pans of good quality.

Problems or Bonuses

Were were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation; it was everything you could ask for.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

We were met by the agency representative within a few minutes of our arrival and given a tour of the apartment. The agent did speak English, so that was very helpful. Also, the agent provided several recommendations on restaurants and the directions to the grocery and other local establishments.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We would definitely stay at this apartment again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Amalfi coast. It is a location from which you can access many varied services and use the bus service to visit towns in the area.
