2bed/2bath apartment, near Piazza Navona, Rome When19 -22 Oct 2007, 4 days LocationAlthough it was a little bit cold, we (my parents, my two brothers and my sister and I) had a excellent time in Rome. The apartment was very convenient and large enough for the six of us. It is very clean and has a great atmosphere and its location is more than perfect. We were able to visit the most important and interesting points in Rome (even by wheelchair) by foot. Marco (the key-holder) took great care of us and made our stay very comfortable with excellent advice. Nearby AmenitiesEverything can be done by foot. Shops, markets, supermarket, coffee, very nice bars and very good restaurants in the direct environment. The House/ApartmentThe apartment is one of the apartments (no rental) at this address. It is very clean, comfortable and has a great atmosphere. It is decorated very well with great taste. GardenThere is no garden but a small (9 sq mt (100 sq ft)) open air space. Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living AreasFurniture was in a good shape, enough for everybody and really comfortable. Bedrooms/BathroomsTwo separate loft bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with a double and single bed. Downstairs also two sofa-beds. All of them in good shape, clean and comfortable. KitchenAs told before very clean with everything you wish to have in your own kitchen (fridge, dishwasher machine, microwave, oven). We did not use the kitchen for our diner but it is possible to do so. There are more then enough pots, pan and dishes of good quality. There is also a washing machine for your clothes. Problems or BonusesThis apartment is really in the centre of every interesting point in Rome. The bonus is that Marco (the key-holder) is living next door. He is a very nice young man giving you excellent advise. No question is too much for him. Good understanding of the English language and good spoken English. Agency and Representatives (and price)Roman reference was great. Also as told before Marco was the person on the spot and also his support was excellent. With the reservation, we received excellent support from Roman Reference. Because our mother has to use a wheelchair, we had a lot of additional questions. Everything was solved and prepared very smoothly by Roman Reference. Also their advise to use RomaShuttle for the transport from the airport to the apartment was very good, on time and for a very reasonable price. We plan to use Roman Reference in the future and would stay in this apartment again, for sure. Do you recommend this vacation rental to others? We plan to use Roman Reference in the future and would stay in this apartment again, for sure. We recommend Roman Reference in general for booking your stay in Rome and would recommend the Navona apartment to everybody, certainly to my best friends. Things to do in this areaEverybody who has been in Rome or will come to Rome will have the same conclusion: you need days to see all the interesting aspects of this beautiful city.
