2bed/2bath apartment in Praiano, Campania When15-22 September 07, 1 week LocationApartment in Praiano. Excellent location in-town, residential area within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nearby AmenitiesAll shops, restaurants and grocery stores were within 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. The House/ApartmentApartment was in excellent condition. Quiet. You can view the apartment directly: Gli Ulivi. GardenBalcony off living room and each room had an individual balcony. Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living AreasThe furniture was in good shape. The apartment was very clean. Bedrooms/BathroomsThe beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were comfortable as well with very nice tiles. KitchenThe kitchen was fully equipped. Beautiful tiles, gas stove/oven, plus small microwave. Enough cooking utensils and cookware. Problems or BonusesApartment was as advertised - a good surprise! Agency and Representatives (and price)The apartment was exactly as shown on their web site. Their staff, Luisa and Domenico, were always very professional and patiently answered many questions on the accommodations and nearby places of interest throughout the booking process. Domenico waited for us at the designated and agreed time and location in town and promptly showed us to the apartment. We inspected the unit while he was there. The unit was in immaculate condition. It was a pleasure dealing with them at all times. I would use their services again, and highly recommend them, especially to those concerned about booking via the Internet with an overseas company. Payment was required in two terms prior to arrival. I used their secure online service (PayPal) to make the two payments. In short, they won me as a customer! Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?Yes, absolutely. I would recommend it to my close relatives and friends. NOTE: I would encourage travelers to take out travel insurance, as the company has very a strict cancellation policy. Things to do in this areaDay visits to nearby Amalfi Coast towns, boating, swimming, ride a moped. In Praiano eating at Ristorante La Brace, grocery shopping at Alimentari Rispoli, visit and go to mass at St. Gennaro Church, coffee at Bar del Sole.
