Location

In the Chianti region about 10 miles from Siena. Excellent private location.

Nearby Amenities

Nearest town Pianella about four kilometers from the property. Too far to walk. Small town, one restaurant, grocery store, post office.

The House/Apartment

Excellent condition. A renovated mill dating back to the 1500s, I believe. Like living in your own home. All amenities included.

Garden

Private outside sitting area as well as a swimming pool. Very isolated area.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Everything in perfect condition.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

As stated before we could not have wanted anything more.

Kitchen

Kitchen was excellent. We even had a chef cook for us on two occasions.

Problems or Bonuses

No surprises.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Agency was a pleasure to deal with. The owner and his wife were very charming and helpful. Franco speaks English so no problem communicating. They live in Siena so if there are any problems or if you have questions they are readily accessible. We were there in low season and paid $2500 per week. High season would be $5000 per week.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Would stay there again and have already recommended the property to friends.
