3bed/3.5bath apartment near Pantheon, Rome WhenApril 26 - 29 2008, three days ReviewThis was a beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome -- we were immediately adjacent to the Pantheon. The apartment is beautifully furnished , lovely furniture, paintings, etc. We had three bedrooms, three full and one half baths, a washing machine (never used) and a nicely equipped kitchen. The building is in the process of being renovated, and the entrance level is incomplete. Some scaffolding was present on one of the landings. The only draw back to this apartment is that at this time there is no elevator, and the apartment is on the third floor (fourth for us). We decided to consider this an advantage, since it meant we could eat gelato every day with a clear conscience. A great spot, especially for three couples traveling together. The agency (about whom we knew nothing) Rome Capital Apartments was efficient and everything was delivered as promised. This review is the opinion of a Slow Travel member and not of slowtrav.com. |
