Studio apartment near the Uffizi, Florence

Location

Casa Dante A is in the heart of Florence, two blocks from the Uffizi Art Gallery and near Santa Croce. It was perfect for my wife and me.

Nearby Amenities

This apartment is short walking distance to most of the important sights, restaurants, a market for food, and the city bus in case you had to use it.

The House/Apartment

The building was built in 1375 and has about six apartments. Very good atmosphere, peaceful quarters. Entrance to a hallway, bath on the left, then a right turn to the spacious studio with kitchen. Great space!

Garden

This apartment is in the heart of Florence - no pool or outside sitting area, but who needs those things in Florence.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Clean, comfortable, good furniture but not new. Comfy bed

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Nice bath and shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen was usable. There were enough pans and dishes of good quality. We didn't cook, just prepared breakfasts and snacks and drinks in the evening.

Problems or Bonuses

We were pleasantly surprised.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Everything was very good - the info accurately described the place. The landlord was very cooperative showing us what we needed to know. Thank you Italy-accom.
