2bed/2bath apartment outside San Gimignano, Tuscany West

Location

The location was more than perfect, it was ideal. The view and the garden were beautiful. The village of San Gimignano is also in walking distance (15 minutes) and the path offers a breath taking view of the old medieval village.

Nearby Amenities

The COOP was our favorite grocery store but not easy to find. You have to go to San Gimignano to find it. The Pam is also quite good.

The House/Apartment

The house was more than perfect. The picture of the house does not do it justice. We found that the beds, furniture and appliances in perfect conditions, practically new. Marble floor, ceramic, cleanliness and cupboard space are not laking.

Most of it very private and access to lovely gazebo. Never saw the owner or any body else.

Garden

Went in first two weeks of June - wished we had a pool but the house was very cool and the public pool not far at all.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Great furniture and great beds.

Problems or Bonuses

No problem at all in fact only good things.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Treated very well by the agency. Efficient in letting us know about a situation at home.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We would recommend for sure this place . No worry and good care. The owner showed us around when we arrived and then only saw her when we got our deposit. Very helpful people.

Truly magnificent place for its price. Would recommend it at all time.

Things to do in this area

Lovely shops and art galleries.
