Location

Top of Monterchi - Close to other buildings - very peaceful; very pretty; great area.

Nearby Amenities

Easy walking within the village.

The House/Apartment

Historical; good shape; apartment in servants quarters of old house.

Garden

Private Garden - No pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Yes to all.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

All OK.

Kitchen

We did not cook - all meals except breakfast were out.

Problems or Bonuses

Excellent hostess/owner - scores 10/10.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Agency excellent.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Certainly - have already made recommendation to colleagues.

Things to do in this area

Need a car - plenty to explore from local villages to e.g. Siena, Firenze, Montepulchiano, Pienza, Cortona etc. etc.
