Location

Le Manzinaie is located on a quiet road in the middle of farmlands, just outside Montepulciano. The grounds are very inviting, and the whole experience was wonderful, quiet, and as peaceful as you could expect.

Nearby Amenities

We chose to drive to all other restaurants and close towns for our groceries. This is not a rental location that would lend itself to walking.

The House/Apartment

The house was originally a storage unit, and was very old, but restored perfectly. There were four rental apartments and one free standing house.

Garden

The outside area offered different seating and entertaining areas, as well as a shared large pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

This apartment was the cleanest we have seen in our travels, and offered adequate seating in all areas.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The beds were comfortable as compared to European bedding. The bathrooms were wonderful, and very inviting.

Kitchen

The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. However, it did not have an oven for warming or toasting. We could have used a toaster.

Problems or Bonuses

The owners were a very pleasant surprise and welcomed us as family. We would love to visit again to spend time with them.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The InTuscany agency was very professional in helping us with the rental. The pictures on the web site were adequate to determine the value of the property.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We would love to stay at this property again. The visit was wonderful, and the owners are our friends for life.

Things to do in this area

The owners supplied a travel book with lots of driving tours and sites to visit.
