Location

It was in the country but within easy reach of Montepulciano. The holiday was the perfect balance between privacy and friendliness. The house grounds and pool were immaculate.

Nearby Amenities

Drive - about 10 mins by car.

The House/Apartment

Very good shape; not sure how many apartments - about 5 I think.

Garden

Excellent.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment was extremely clean and well looked after. It was obvious that Marzia and Fiore take a real pride in the place - and rightly so!

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Very clean and excellent facilities. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. It would have been nice to have a double bed, but they were nevertheless very comfortable and clean.

Kitchen

Yes - very clean and good facilities.

Problems or Bonuses

Marzia and family cooked a fantastic meal for all the guests one night. It was fantastic and very generous of them - about 4 courses and lots of wine, liqueurs and even champagne!

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Excellent - no complaints.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Ues - my only hesitation in recommending it would be that it will be fully booked when we want to go back, because it was so nice!!
