Review 3786: Owner, Rome is Home

Review by RK Moore from US

1bed/1bath apartment near Campo dei Fiori, Rome

September, 2008, 5 nights

Perfect location for exploring Rome on foot. Near Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona.

Nearby Amenities

Coffee shop just a few doors down. Amazing bakery a few more doors down. Grocery just around the corner.

The House/Apartment

Building was in excellent condition. On the site of the Pompeii Theater. New elevator which made getting to upper floors with heavy luggage very manageable. This is a one bedroom/one bath apartment with nice living, dining and kitchen areas.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Apartment was very clean and furniture was in good shape.

Kitchen was fully stocked with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Massimo, the owner, was very helpful. He couldn't meet us due to a last minute business trip, but gave us very helpful tips by phone - restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, markets, etc, in area. Several travel books were also available for our use.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would definitely stay here again. The location is great and the elevator is a big plus.

Things to do in this area

The Campo di Fiori market is a must. Several good restaurants within five minutes walk of the apartment - a few just out the door and across the street.
