Casa dei Cieli is an exquisite property consisting of a large villa with balconies, patios and terraces, a salt-water swimming pool and lovely gardens. Its peaceful perch offers a visual feast. It is surrounded by a perfect patchwork quilt of rolling farmland - a square of soft gold, a triangle of dusty orange, big patches of earthy corduroy that are tilled fields awaiting the next plantings of greens and grains, staples of the local diet.

Small towns and villages drip off the hillsides as their names do off our tongues - Ripatrasone, Offida, Montefiore dell'Aso, Aquaviva Picena. They are all only a short drive from Casa dei Cieli's seclusive but central location. All offer excellent restaurants, a variety of shopping, a wealth of history, and endless strolls along charming narrow streets and through enchanting piazzas.

From a distance, Casa dei Cieli has the look of an old Italian country farmhouse. Once on the premises there is no mistaking the elegance and quality of this new construction. Inside it is spacious, modern and bright. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and has a romantic "feel" to it, owing in part to it's cozy fireplace area flanked by two comfortable couches. The gourmet kitchen is fully furnished with every utensil, the finest cooking gear, glasswear and dishes. While staying here there's no such thing as "roughing it" without a dishwasher or clothes dryer. Casa dei Cieli has both.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two of the house's three spa-like bathrooms, one with a sparkling claw-foot tub that further enhances the villa's romantic ambience. Everything in the house is spotless and gleaming and everything works!

Vinci Properties' representative was superb. His knowledge of the area and his recommendations of restaurants and things to see and do ensured that our time away from the property exploring and sightseeing was as richly enjoyable as our time there.

Casa dei Cieli is a perfect choice of vacation rental for families or small groups of two to four couples traveling together. There is plenty of room inside and out so that guests never feel cramped. There are a number of separate alcoves and areas inside and out so that guests can get away to spend quiet time.

Staying in this luxurious villa nestled in one of Italy's most picturesque and largely undiscovered regions made our vacation an absolute masterpiece of beautiful memories.
