Location

Villa San Raffello is set beneath the Sablini Mountains and close to the historic town of Sanarno.

Nearby Amenities

Just a 15-20 minute walk from Sanarno with supermarkets, shops and boutiques of local arts and crafts, cafes and restaurants. There is a magnificent catholic church perched on the top of the hill in the historic centre with stunning views of the local countryside including the Villa San Raffello.

The House/Apartment

The Villa San Raffello has been completely restored by the owners, Damien and Sharon with help from their family and friends. The interior of our apartment retained original features and character while being spacious with all the modern conveniences.

Garden

Shared swimming pool and an outside dining area for each apartment in a large garden surrounding the villa. The owners gave us some of their home grown produce from the garden.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

A well furnished and clean apartment.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Light and clean bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and comfortable beds.

Kitchen

Well equipped kitchen with open plan to living area.

Problems or Bonuses

On arrival in our apartment, the owners had left us a useful welcome pack. The beautiful views, especially of Sarnano at night.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Booked direct with the English owner and his wife who were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We would definitely come again and would highly recommend it to all our friends and family.

Things to do in this area

Plenty of walks and activities in the area. Skiing in the winter. The owner recommended some good restaurants.
