Location

Lovely one bedroom flat in a private small building on the second floor. Good and quiet location in a residential area.

Nearby Amenities

Walking distance to two supermarkets and very close to restaurants, bar, patisseries. S. Pietro station is 5 minute's walk, very handy if the metro is on strike and if you need to go to Fiumicino Airport or Termini railway station.

The House/Apartment

The flat was in a newish building. Tastefully decorated, quiet area.

Garden

There is no garden.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment it's very clean, fully furnished and equipped with all you need. There is one bedroom with a king size bed and a walk in closet. Living room with an extremely comfortable sofa bed that can be turned in two extra beds. Small but very functional kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker/oven. One bathroom with shower.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Very comfortable beds (and we are fussy!). Lovely bedroom. Bathroom clean and in very good condition.

Kitchen

Lots of pots and pans and dishes, good quality and it was enjoyable to cook dinners.

Problems or Bonuses

To get to apartment there are 15 stairs plus a few more stairs to get to the second floor. It's not advisable for disabled people.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Giulia is the owner, she's very professional, very friendly and available, we were given also an Italian Sim card! The perfect host.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would stay again and recommend it to my best friends!

Things to do in this area

San Peter's Square is 10 minute's walking distance. There was a very good value for money restaurant nearby, which unfortunately I don t remember the name, Giulia will recommend it. It is close to the market.
