Location

The apartment is in the Oltrarno neighborhood, really pretty area known as the Bobolino area. Very private and quite, apartment is on private lane abutting Boboli garden walls.

Nearby Amenities

Walk to Porta Roma about 10 minutes with market, tobacco shop, bus stop, wine shops and many other conveniences. The walk to down to Florence was about 20 minutes, if you didn't stop along the way. A taxi ride from downtown Florence to the apartment was about €9, also used the bus and walked during out stay. There is a taxi stand in Porta Roma too.

The House/Apartment

The Medici was wonderful with comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a great shower. The large terrace was a huge bonus with the Boboli Garden wall in the backyard. Took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and made a couple of meals in the apartment to enjoy on the terrace.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment was clean, in good shape and comfortable. We felt very secure and safe in the apartment and neighborhood.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Excellent service from Italy Perfect including greeter and walk through of apartment to explain appliances, shutters and miscellaneous items like loaner cell phone. They lived up to their name, everything was perfect.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We would definitely stay here again.
