2bed/1bath apartment near Spanish Steps, Rome WhenJuly 6 2009, 5 days LocationThe location was great very close to the Spanish steps. The apartment is on the sixth floor(with elevator) and was quite even with the terrace doors open. Nearby AmenitiesThere's a market around the corner while restaurants and cafes are all around. The House/ApartmentThe apartment was very clean and had many nice touches. The building is in good shape and we felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood and building. GardenThe terrace is wonderful and we were out there every night. Also had a roof top deck that we hung out on a couple of nights, the spiral stairs up to the roof deck are steep. Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living AreasThe apartment is nicely furnished and comfortable. Bedrooms/BathroomsThe beds were comfortable and the loft area was nice with the air conditioning. The bathroom was nice, struggled with the shower at first but figured out. KitchenWe didn't "cook" but the kitchen had all the equipment available with plenty of dishes and glasses. We ate lots of cheese and drank lots of wine so we used the kitchen but just didn't cook. Problems or BonusesThe linens were beautiful. The washing machine was broken during our visit but it didn't impact our trip. Agency and Representatives (and price)Dealing with Italy Perfect was a pleasant experience, Lisa was very responsive to all our inquiries. Elvie greeted us at the apartment with some nice treats and took us on a neighborhood walk. We would not hesitate to recommend Italy Perfect to others. Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?We would absolutely stay here again. Things to do in this areaWe also enjoyed three different Through Eternity Tours during our visit.
