Location

The Politian Apartments in Montepulciano are wonderful! My sister and I escaped for a week last March. It was everything we wanted. We met all sorts of wonderful people in town and really felt like natives as opposed to tourists. Being in the travel business for the last 30 years and seeing almost all of the world, I would heartily recommend the Politian Apartments.

Nearby Amenities

We walked the town of Montepulciano morning, noon and night. Climbing those hills let us eat to our hearts content without gaining weight!

The House/Apartment

The two bedroom apartment we rented was on the second floor. It was a bit cumbersome to get to (we had to go up one flight of stairs, then outside across the garden and up another flight to our door) but it was worth it. The apartment had two big bedrooms, a sitting area with two comfortable leather chairs in front of the fireplace, a small kitchen and dining area all in one room. The bath was a decent size with shower and all the amenities (e.g., hairdryer).

Garden

No pool. It was March so we didn't use the garden.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The furniture was in good shape and comfortable. He apartment was clean and there was enough seating.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely done.

Kitchen

We didn't use the kitchen for more than coffee, tea and some wine and cheese!

Problems or Bonuses

None

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The owner was very accommodating and spoke wonderful English.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would definitely stay here again and recommend to one and all!
