Alessio runs this agency that offers apartments in Rome or short lets. He was friendly and efficient and clear about costs. We even bumped in to Alessio himself and had a nice chat.

On our arrival we were met on time at the apartment and what a place it was. A divine penthouse 'bijoux' apartment with a lovely terrace in the heart of Trastevere, beautifully finished (it had just had a total make over), in good taste and with all modern conveniences. The Internet was about to be installed. We had a very comfortable bed, towels, sheets, pillows (two more would have been nice) and even a hairdryer. It was all well run, very clean with a trustworthy friendly team on hand to help.

I couldn't fault it and will definitely stay there again when I return to lovely Rome. The only snag is no credit cards so it costs to send the deposit by bank transfer or PayPal. The booking and payment system was quick and easy to use.
