Location

Villa Nuba is very close to the center of Perugia and close to other (unseen) homes. But it seems to be in the country and is very quiet. There are three apartments available. There is parking on site if necessary. We thought that it was a beautiful place to stay.

Nearby Amenities

We could walk for coffee, dessert, groceries, sightseeing and restaurants.

The House/Apartment

It is an old, beautifully restored farmhouse. It was peaceful and quiet and birds did sing. There are three apartments available.

Garden

There were nice places to sit and tables for use by the guests. The salt-water pool looked inviting but it was too cold for us to use it.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

All was in fine shape. All was clean. There was seating for all of us, even with a view.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The beds were very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was large and had a fine sauna in the shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We had food provided for our first breakfast. All of the utensils that we required for fixing our meals were provided in a very clean setting.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The owner was our contact person. He, Giuseppe, spoke English. It was very helpful as we had to contact him twice because we were lost. He was a great help. He was available. He was very attentive to our needs and those of the other guests.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We would stay here again and recommend it to our best friends. We felt like it was our "home away from home" for the time that we were there.

Things to do in this area

We went to Assissi. We ate at wonderful restaurants. We visited the museums. We walked the beautiful streets of Perugia. We stayed "home" just to enjoy the Villa. We did ship a little bit.
