studio apartments near Cavour Metro, Rome

When

June 7th to June 10th, 3 days

Location

The location of the apartments was in Rome. It was perfectly located within walking distance to many sites such as the Colosseum. We liked the area. It made us feel like we were locals.

Nearby Amenities

Everything was easily accessible. We found a supermarket close by, as well as the train and restaurants. All was within a 5 to 15 minute walk.

The House/Apartment

The building was clean and quiet. We rented three apartments and there seemed to be one other rental. The apartments were comfortable and one had a small terrace overlooking the street.

Garden

The terrace was perfect for a small group. It was private. There was no pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The beds and furniture were in good shape and it was comfortable and clean. Each of the apartments had enough seating for all.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The beds were comfortable. The apartments were in a studio layout. Each apartment had one bathroom. The bathrooms were all different, but suited each apartment.

Kitchen

The kitchen was usable. We were able to keep cold foods in the fridge and cook something if needed.

Problems or Bonuses

Every thing we received was expected nicely presented.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Every one we interacted with (owner and Elena,) were very friendly and helpful. The driver was also very helpful. Prices and costs were as quoted.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I wold recommend these apartments to someone I know if they don't mind cleaning up after themselves and are not looking for over the top accommodations.

Things to do in this area

Definitely go to the supermarket for water and snacks. We ate at a restaurant up the street called Wanted and the food was solid, not fantastic, but good.
