We have stayed at Rosa di Venezia, and found it fine for two people.

The bedroom and adjacent sitting room are perhaps on the small side, but not teensy, and together they seem larger.

The kitchen and bathroom are not large, but again fine for two people, though you probably wouldn't want to cook elaborate meals in the kitchen.

The balcony over the canal is narrow, large enough for two to sit out on it and watch the canal traffic below; we loved hearing the calls of the gondolieri as they rounded the bend. The apartment is located near P. San Marco, but feels removed from the crowds. There is an elevator. I recommend it.
