Note: This is an update to my review of the same property from 2007.

I think the major kitchen appliances are the same. But the kitchen seemed very well furnished this time, with very acceptable dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Knives, not so much.

This time my friend and I decided to make use of the separate sofa bed. Although it is comfortable, it is not easy to fold/unfold.

We discovered the entrance to the apartment building is subject to acqua alta. Views on Venice provided us with rubber boots when we asked for them, a very necessary nicety on several days.

It seems the nearby Calle Lunga San Barnaba area is becoming even more of a focus for restaurants of various types and price points, so this area is ideal for us. We loved the apartment!
