Location

The apartment is located a short walk from the city center in a quiet neighborhood with a gated entrance. It is centrally located if you want to visit other hill towns. There is a grocery store down the street.

Nearby Amenities

If you want to go anywhere outside the city, you will need a car. A grocery store is within walking distance.

The House/Apartment

We spent about four days visiting our daughter who was studying in Perugia. This apartment is well situated right outside the city center. It's quiet yet convenient. The place is fully equipped and we didn't lack for anything.

Garden

Nice sitting area outside -- very quiet and private.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was immaculate. We got a complete tour of the place showing how everything worked. The bedroom and kitchen area were set up very comfortably. The sitting area could have been a bit more comfortable, but it was never a problem. We were so tired at the end of the day, we just went to bed early. The next morning we would plan our day at the breakfast table.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bathroom has a spa tub but only a hand-held shower. Kind of awkward to use. Could have used an extra shelf or two in the bathroom. Again, it wasn't really a problem.

Kitchen

I thought I would be using the kitchen more than I actually did. There were sufficient items for two people. The owner sets you up with some fresh milk and cereal upon arrival so you don't have to run out for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The owner was particularly helpful when a barking dog became an issue. It's nice having the owner on the premises. He gave us a tour of the city center as well as meeting us at a local gas station upon arrival to show us the way to the apartment (take him up on this offer -- place is kind of hidden). The owner made some great recommendations for restaurants.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would recommend this place -- clean and convenient. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Lots of room for two people.
