WhenMarch 2011, 7 days LocationCasa Broggi is in Milan a couple of blocks from Corso Buenos Aries in a lovely old, well kept apartment building. The area is primarily residential with the usual mix of businesses nearby - grocers, bars a florist. It's also equidistant from two metro stops - Porta Venezia and Lima. Nearby AmenitiesEverything was in walking distance. The nearest full grocery was three blocks away on Corso Buenos Aries. Smaller grocers, butchers and bakers were in the surrounding blocks. The House/ApartmentThe building was historical and in excellent shape. It was a spacious apartment with a comfortable living room, kitchen with an eating table, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It was very quiet. Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living AreasThe furniture was in excellent shape - plenty of room for everyone. Spotless and well-kept. Bedrooms/BathroomsThe beds were very comfortable - one matrimonial bed (which was actually two beds pushed together) in one bedroom and then two more beds in another room. The other bedroom also had a baby bed. The bathroom was clean and modern. KitchenThe kitchen had everything one would need to cook a full meal. Problems or BonusesCasa Broggi is a fine property. It is especially suited for and welcoming of children - there were toys available for babies and for older children (Legos). Agency and Representatives (and price)Jane - the owner/manager - is a gem. She offers a wonderful introduction to the apartment and the area and has furnished the apartment with an excellent understanding of what the traveler needs. She was great before, during and after our stay! Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Milan.
