Beautiful apartments, wonderful hosts, a great location and a good price. The website is accurate and has lots of pictures. The apartments go for between €65 and €100 depending on the time of year and length of stay and size of apartment (studio, one bedroom, two bedroom).

The apartments are clean and spacious. The bedrooms (we rented a 1bed/1bath) are large with comfortable beds and dressers and armoires. The bathrooms are clean and modern with hairdryers soaps and shampoo and good water pressure. The kitchen has a full size stove and a half size refrigerator with enough pots and pans and table service for a five course meal. The kitchen has many items like coffee and tea and places to store dry goods and a table and chairs. The living room has a couch and TV and an armoire to hang coats.

The vineyard itself is lovely with beautiful views. There are several patios, swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and wine cellar. There is a little chapel and a banquet room for weddings.

The location is great, three minutes to Montalcino, five minutes to Sant’Antimo, 15 minute to San Quirico or Buonconvento, 20 minutes to Pienza or Monte Oliveto Maggiore or Bagno Vigoni, 30 minutes to Montepulciano or Murlo . There is also a restaurant about a hundred meters away.
