4bed/3bath apartment in Cannaregio, Venice WhenJuly 2011, a week Problems or Bonuses
ReviewThis was my fourth visit to Venice, having previously stayed at the Cipriani and San Clemente Palace. However, with a larger party to pay for, an apartment seemed the only sensible solution. I am glad I chose Venice Rentals. They are a thoroughly professional company, with customer care at the heart of their operations. From the time of booking to departure after our stay, they provided a complete yet unobtrusive service, with lots of helpful advice and extras only normally obtained through the concierge of a good hotel. Upon being shown around the apartment upon arrival, the advantages and small disadvantages were honestly explained. The apartment itself was true to the description given on their web site. If rental companies were classified in the same way as hotels, this one is undoubtedly five star and I would not hesitate in recommending it to any discerning traveler.
