Location

A lovely rental about five miles out of town. Very easy to find. Lovely grounds with fruit trees and a pool. Very private.

Nearby Amenities

No, you can't walk to amenities. You would need a car. Several miles to the nearest restaurant or grocery.

The House/Apartment

This is a home with the owners living on the second floor and apartments all around the bottom level. I'm not sure how many apartments. Several of them have more than one bedroom.

Garden

The garden was lovely. Very private with a lovely pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The furniture was in great shape. Plenty of room.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Lovely bedroom with ceiling fan. Nice bathroom with soaking tub. Very clean.

Kitchen

The kitchen was very well equipped. We bought cheese and wine with fruit in the market and had this for supper a couple of nights. We had eaten so much at lunch that we could not hold anymore.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

We loved Le Manzinaie. This was our second stay in this place. The family, Fiore and Marzia, along with Rufus, the dog were so friendly and so helpful. It was like seeing old friends again.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

This was our second stay in this place and we loved it so much. Everything was great.

Things to do in this area

We visited Montepulciano, Siena , Cortona while there. We had been to all this area before and it was nice to see again.
