Location

The apartment Sant Alessandro is in the heart of Lucca, inside the walls. The area is superb with all you need. The best ever location.

Nearby Amenities

You can walk to numerous groceries, cafe, restaurants, bakery shops, deli, etc. You are in the center of old Lucca and at the same time the apartment has no noise from the streets.

The House/Apartment

The apartment is very peaceful and quiet. It is in a perfect shape, and a very beautifully furnished in a Tuscan style. The bedroom is absolutely a dream, let alone a spacious master bathroom which looks rather like a room you can live in! It is just 15 steps, first floor, which is extremely hard to find in Lucca. The building overlooks a nice square with a church and a residential parking lot but no noise ever. We did not see any other rentals in the building, it was occupied by local people who were nice and polite.

Garden

There is no outside area attached to this apartment.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The furniture is in a perfect shape, beautiful and stylish. It is a very clean apartment with plenty of chairs and a very generous sitting area. Very comfortable, cozy and lovely place.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The beds were very comfortable, we used both bedrooms and bathrooms and have no complaints. The closets are spacious, the bathrooms have everything to put your stuff on.

Kitchen

Kitchen is fully supplied by all you need to cook. We did not cook too much there were plenty of pots, pans, china, etc. You can cook all you want there because you have a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed eating in the beautiful kitchen with a nice table in the middle and a wonderful lamp above the table.

Problems or Bonuses

There were no surprises, everything was as it was described. We were just very pleased.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The agency is one of the best we dealt with during many years of renting our places in Europe. Debora is very kind, supportive, honest and nice. She told us everything about this place and the area. Debora offered us to send her taxi cab to pick up us in Pisa airport, and also on our way back. It was a nice touch to take advantage of.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I strongly recommend this agency and Debora to all who may be interested to rent an apartment in Lucca (and we have no regrets of making our decision to spend the whole month in this wonderful hidden gem of Tuscany).

Our relatives rented another apartment from Debora at the same time and were as happy as us. This agency is strongly recommended.

Things to do in this area

The area is superb, absolutely the best, close to everything - restaurants, cafe, great shopping streets, concerts, theater, the best sights of Lucca, walls, bus station, train station, etc. It is a heart of old and charming Lucca.
