Vacation rentals in Italy (villas, farms, estates, agriturismo, apartments)
Review 5289: Le Casine di Castello, Il Cielo
2bed/1.5bath apartment in Castelmuzio, Tuscany South
May 2012, 2 weeks
Our apartment was in Castelmuzio, a tiny hiil town. It was very small and quiet. Wonderfully situated and a great base for day tripping.
The town has one restaurant, good and one small grocery, adequate.
The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and clean. It is over a smaller one bedroom apartment owned by the same family.
There is a private balcony on the third floor.
All the furnishing were comfortable and clean. We were only two, but it easily could have handled four.
The beds were fine, and the bath was very large for Italian standards.
The kitchen was small, but very well equipped and we cooked in at least four or five nights. The refrigerator got very cold.
Problems or Bonuses
The only suprise, and it shouldn't have been, was how wonderful the Moricciani family is and how well they take care of their guest. It is obvious that everything they do is geared toward making their guest have a great experience.
Agency and Representatives (and price)
I dealt directly with Isabella and everything she said she did and then some.
Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?
I would definitely stay here again, in fact, we're trying to figure when to go back.
Things to do in this area
Keep Isabella's "Red Book" with you at all times and you will have plenty to do.
