studio apartments near Cavour Metro, Rome

When

September 17-19. 2012, Two nights

Location

The location of the apartment could not have been better! It was literally around the corner from the Coliseum, a half block from the Cavour Metro stop and many great restaurants close by.

Nearby Amenities

We ate at two restaurants 1/2 block away and both were excellent.

The House/Apartment

The apartment was one of several in the same building. We were on the second floor and while it was not a problem for us, people with mobility issues might be challenged to make their way up the narrow flight of stairs. The sound proofing on the windows made the noise level from the street almost non-existent. The only issue was with noise from the apartment immediately above.

Garden

No outside sitting area.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Very quaint and clean. We did not spend much time in the room but had we wanted to, it was more than adequate.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Kitchen

We only had breakfast that last morning and were able to find everything we needed.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

We had some difficulty finding the place but a quick phone call to the owner (who answered the phone from the airport in Bologna) had the issue quickly resolved. We were met at the apartment by Simona who is a great representative for Angeli's House. She provided us with great information and was also very helpful to our friends who also wanted to stay. She is a great ambassador for this property.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Yes most definitely.
