Vacation rentals in Italy (villas, farms, estates, agriturismo, apartments)
Review 5568: Villa Nuba, Apartment
apartments on the outskirts of Perugia, Umbria
May 20-June 3 2013, 2 weeks
It's very close to many wonderful medieval towns.
You can walk to a pastry shop and also the grocery store as well as being right on a bus stop.
The villa itself is very nicely appointed. It was very clean, the kitchen was adequate and our overall experience was wonderful. The building was in great shape, very historical but had been renovated to make it very comfortable. There are three apartments in the building and we stayed on the first floor. It was very peaceful with no traffic noise.
There was a nice sitting area out from out apartment and also a very nice pool area.
The furniture was in good shape and comfortable.
There were two bathrooms, one with a shower only and the other one had a jacuzzi tub and shower.
There were an amble number of pot/pans for cooking as well as glasses, plates, etc.
Agency and Representatives (and price)
The owners are extremely nice, live on the property and very helpful. They picked us up from the train station and took us to the car rental facility. Guiseppe, the owner, came by frequently to check on us but in no way was intruding. He provided a "gold card" that we could use in various places to receive 10% off on meals, etc. He also recommended places to visit and directions on how to get there. Guiseppe spoke very good English.
Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?
Yes, we would stay there again without hesitation. I would highly recommend this villa if you are staying in Umbria.
