Location

This was a beautiful home. Perfect for 4 people. The small town down the road was quaint and just like walking on to a movie set. Neighbors were all very friendly and helpful. The house is somewhat far from all the "touristy" spots. At least a 2 hour train ride to main attractions.

Nearby Amenities

You would need a car to get around .....DEFINATELY!! Small store and the town of Bevagna is pretty close, but not really walking distance!!

The House/Apartment

The house was BEAUTIFUL!!!! The decor was very unique......!!! Exactly what I was expecting of an Italian villa!!!!!! We had a 2bed/1bath apartment.

Garden

Outside was the most beautiful view of the smaller towns of Spello, Spoleto, and Assisi.......BREATHTAKING!!!!! Nice area to sit outside for lunch!!!

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Everything was PERFECT!!!!!!!!

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Slept like a baby!!! Woke up to church bells!!!!!!

Kitchen

No cooking, but we made toast!!! Our neighbors cooked us dinner and again - PERFECT

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Rino was a great help!!!! Everything we needed he helped with!! He was great!!

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would definately recommend this place!!!!!!!
