Vacation rentals in Italy (villas, farms, estates, agriturismo, apartments)
Review 5611: Owner, Navile 2
1bed/1bath apartment in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna
July 2013, 7 nights
The apartment is located on a busy street in the city center but is actually very quiet. It is only minutes from the "Two Towers" and a 10 minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient for day trips.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants and there is a fantastic food market only two blocks away (Mercado dell'Erbe).
The building is fairly modern and recently renovated. It is also very safe. You can view the property directly: Navile 2.
The furniture is fine and in good shape. There is a TV and free WiFi.
The bedroom is large and has plenty of storage space. The bathroom is fully equipped and the water pressure is adequate (this is important to me!)
The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare simple meals.
Agency and Representatives (and price)
The whole transaction went smoothly from beginning to end. Someone came to meet us at the apartment even though we arrived three hours late due to a delayed flight. We were there during the high season (July) and paid about €90 per night.
Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?
We would stay there again. It was great value, great location and absolutely perfect for a couple.
Things to do in this area
Bologna is an amazing food city! We ate out a few times and every restaurant we tried was fantastic! We tried a different café every day for our morning coffee-croissant and all were excellent and within minutes of the apartment.
