Rental: La Crociona is a working vineyard with 6 apartments for rent: one 2-bedroom, four 1-bedroom and one studio). The buildings circa 1400 are in excellent condition, furnished with Tuscan antiques. Small kitchens. Beds are very comfortable.

Location: 45 minutes south of Siena just outside town of Montalcino (need a car to get there). There are wonderful little hill towns to explore and to get a taste of the "real Italy".

Comments: We have stayed at this farm several times. There is someone onsite at all times and both Fiorella and her daughter Barbara speak English. We have booked the apartments directly thru her (Fiorella). The area is beautiful and nothing is more relaxing than sitting on the patio sipping some of her wonderful Brunello and listening to the birds sing!!!
