In spite of what the web site says it is not adequate for four people. The "doublebed" sofa is a sofa with a pullout mattress beneath it. The "double bedroom" has a custom made frame and foam mattress to fit in an alcove. It is smaller than a double. I loved the area and the apartment was clean and the owner was O.K. but the sleeping arrangement was not good.

If you used an agency to book the same place, Rental in Rome (www.rentalinrome.com/panieri/panieri.htm), you would be very disappointed. A king sized bed? A washing machine? There isn't even a place to put one.
