Slow Travel Rest of the World - Google Maps

Google Maps are maps that you can move by dragging or and zoom in and out of for more or less detail. Many areas also have detailed satellite views. Google Maps are currently in beta, so the same level of detail is not available for the whole world. For example, you can zoom in and see buildings in Santa Fe, but you can't get good satellite detail for northern New Mexico.

Note: These pages may be slow to download (works best on broadband), but once they have downloaded the maps work at a good speed. The map pages are designed in a larger format than the rest of the website; they are 1000 pixels wide.
