Hotel, restaurant were great. Stay OUT of the SPA. The tables are uncomfortable and the staff inexperienced. A miserable experience.

The hotel was very nice. AA 4 or 5 Eagle rating. All the property restaurants were very, very good and the service in these was excellent.

The only disappointing part of the trip was the spa. The massage was simply a girl rubbing oil on my body. I asked for more pressure - she seemed incapable of it. The products were cold when applied to the body. The tables were uncomfortable, the room way too cold. We asked them to warm the room up a bit, and were told there was nothing they could do about it. I complained to the supervisor about the general overall disappointing service and was given a credit of $20 off a $530 bill. I have been promised an add'l $50 but haven't received that credit yet.
