Terrible service, wrong accommodations, would not refund money, getting rundown and really overpriced. "4 star" rating is a joke, maybe 2 stars!!

This hotel is really OVERrated with a 4-star rating. The included breakfast fare was terrible. The staff is surly and condescending from the front desk to the housekeeping staff.

Accommodation for an extra person in the room was a flimsy, uncomfortable, roll-away bed! Complaints were undheeded and never resolved. Bad, bad experience!

This was the Soviet Union's premiere hotel for the last Moscow Olympics, but is really rundown and so many newer ones are of much better class nowadays!!
