A motel in the Victoian village of Metung.

We had 2 nights in this spacious motel room in Metung. The village of Metung is on a peninsula on the Gippsland Lakes about 4 hours from Melbourne. The motel is in the middle of the village so very handy to the shops, restaurants and pub.

The room is quite large and has a queen bed and a couch, as well as a table and chairs. There is a fridge and a microwave as well as a toaster. All rooms have kettle with tea.

The bathroom has a large spa bath and a shower. The towels and bed linen were of reasonable quality.

We paid $120/night as it is winter and a quiet time of year for the town. During the summer it is a very busy holiday haven and the prices go up considerably.

In summer there is an outdoor pool as well as beaches close by and a lot of boating on the lake.
