A delightful Riad owned by two very friendly and helpful Scots near the centre of Marrakech.

There are only two master bedrooms [en-suite] and two singles [shared shower room] on the ground floor around a coutyard as well as a salon and a kitchen. The owners live on the floor above and visitors are welcome on the roof terrace above that.

You are taken on an orientation walk on your first morning, enabling you to get to and return from the main square, Djemma al Fna'a, with ease. In a city where I don't speak Moroccan Arabic or Berber and the French accent is 'distinctive' I found it so useful to be able to ask questions in English.
