I was in Israel for work and stayed, as part of a group, at the David Citadel. It is very modern hotel in a decent enough location. It has a lovely pool, although I wish it stayed open longer. There are nice sized rooms with a great bathroom. Although, other than CNN international, there were no english speaking TV channels. The breakfast is great and the reservations and concierge staff were all very helpful. My ATM card wasn't working anywhere and they spent a good deal of time trying to figure out a method for me to get cash. It is pretty pricey, and am not sure if I would stay there if work wasn't footing the bill. This review is the opinion of a Slow Travel member and not of slowtrav.com. |
