Location

The location of these vacation rentals is great for visiting Vancouver -- literally steps from Stanley Park; in the West End on a quiet residential street but easy walking distance to lots of shopping restaurants, grocery stores etc. Very reasonably priced, especially given US/Canadian exchange rate. Suites are nicely maintained, manager (days only) is friendly and helpful. Kitchens are basic but functional. Apartments are spacious. Windows open; building is not a high rise -- more 30s or 40s style. We will definitely stay again.

Can walk to everything -- coffee, restaurants, groceries, Stanley Park, waterfront, boutiques, theaters. . .

Garden

No outside sitting area no pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Furniture was in good shape. Apartments were clean. There were nice dining tables and chairs.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

All comfortable, not luxurious but perfectly nice.

Kitchen

The kitchen was good but not great. Certainly serviceable but I wasn't dying to cook large gourmet meals in it!

Problems or Bonuses

Parking for 1 car included -- a real bonus as parking is very tight in this area; most street parking is by permit only.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Booked directly with them. No problems. Onsite person of course spoke English as this was Vancouver. . .
