Travel Magazines and Newspapers

A good resource for travel information are the popular travel magazines: Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure and National Geographic Traveler. These are all available online. You can search through back issues by topic and download articles. Travel + Leisure is the best for this; they even have a bulletin board.

www.rudymaxa.com: The home of Rudy Maxa's Traveler newsletter. After six years of publication, the newsletter closed for business on March 2004. Rudy is changing this site into a free, on-line travel resource. He used to host the PRI (Public Radio International) radio show Savvy Traveler (but it is off the air now).

www.enjoy-europe.com: John Bermont published the book How to Europe in the 80s but he is updating it now and offering it online at his web site. He also has some great pages of links.
