My husband liked the location, being out of the touristy hubbub. I would have preferred to be in the older, historic section and not have to take the bus back and forth to that area. However, the bus stops were right there, easy to navigate, and an adventure in and of themselves. While our room was large and the bed was very comfortable, we were on a noisy side street and near the front of the hotel, which is very close to a busy traffic interchange. I slept with ear plugs. Also, the design of the bathroom was such that there was no door between the shower area and the sleeping area, so if one of us woke up early and took a shower, the noise and light would wake up the other. Breakfast was, as everywhere, more than ample, and there was a small bar next door where you could get a coffee or light tapas later in the day. Interesting décor, friendly staff, but given the location, the noise, the bathroom situation, and my general feeling that the whole hotel was small and somewhat cramped (although our room wasn't), I can't recommend it.
