A clean one star hotel in the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz.

The best feature of this hotel is the location, right in the heart of vibrant and exciting Barrio Santa Cruz.

Our room was on the first floor with a window overlooking the enclosed patio. Even though nighttime temperatures were on the cool side we had to run the air conditioning at night due to the lack of ventilation and for privacy. The room was small and decorated in a "no frills" style with Ikea-type furniture. The bathroom was spotless and spacious but lacked a place to put the toiletries.

We paid a daily rate of €70 which did not include breakfast. The hotel does not provide parking but we found a public underground garage about 10 minute walk from the hotel on Avenida Menendez Pelayo. The daily parking fee is approximately €15.
